Our Shipping charges to Canada are as follows:
For orders up to $20.00 shipping is $6
For orders from $21 to $40 shipping is $8
For orders from $41 to $80 shipping is $12
For orders from $81 to $150 shipping is $16
For orders from $151 to $300 shipping is $21
For orders from $301 to $500 shipping is $25
For orders from $501 to $800 shipping is $35
For orders over $800 shipping is complimentary

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
At Floyd and Jake we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not for any reason you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange the item. We can not except returns or exchanges that are sent back to us after 14 days. The items may not be used, they have to be in their original condition with the tags still attached.

Although we do offer the highest quality and most durable pet products no item is indestructible. If an item is damaged due to chewing it is the responsibility of the owner and not covered by Floyd and Jake’s return policy.

Please look at our size chart to measure and size your dog correctly.

A restocking fee of $12.00 plus the cost of shipping and handling will incur after your first exchange with us.
